- How long does it take to complete a portrait?
The painting process typically takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on availability of the artist. If you prefer to have your portrait completed in less time a rush charge may apply. If you have a specific due date for your portrait, please discuss with Christopher, and he will make sure your painting is delivered on time.

- How much input will I have during my portrait's completion?
Artist Christopher Phelps will arrange a personal consultation with you before the actual painting begins. During this time, you may choose to discuss any specific desires, including; composition, mood of the portrait, lighting preferences, clothing and feature modifications, background changes, and even the color scheme of the setting where the portrait painting will be displayed. Christopher will use the information from your personal consultation to create an initial mock-up of the painting for your approval. If you have any additional feedback after viewing the mock-up, Christopher will revise the mock-up per you requests.
